The house in Ha Dong district (Ha Noi) is home to four generations of families. The land area is 240 m2 but the construction site is only 100 m2. Before renovating, the house was quite neat and airy but the landlord wanted to upgrade the place to suit the needs and luxury, more cozy.

Not only a place to live, the house is also a gathering place of the family with relatives, friends. Therefore, in addition to the living room under the first floor, on the second floor also has a broad common living space.
The house has a garden area of 140 m2, larger than the area of the house. Therefore, the rooms in the house have a blue view to the outside.
